Tartan Arena is located next to Tartan High School at 740 Greenway Ave N. in Oakdale. Tartan Arena has two ice rinks with one open year round. Open skating is available on Sunday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (Subject to cancellation without notice). Open hockey is available during the summer.
Tartan Arena is the home of Tartan High School Boys and Girls hockey teams and the Tartan Area Youth Hockey Association.
Tartan Arena opened to the public in February of 1997. The Arena was built under a joint powers agreement with Independent School District 622, the City of Maplewood, and the City of Oakdale.
