Welcome to Aunt Claudia's Dolls, a Museum. We house the large collection of dolls belonging to Claudia Kelsey during her lifetime.  In addition, doll maker Mary Ellen Frank has her studio in the museum and displays her collections of Northern Native dolls with Claudia's in the revolving collections area.

Our museum has evolved from a storage venue for Claudia Kelsey's sizable collection of dolls and miniatures into a popular local museum in Juneau, Alaska.

Our volunteer base is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. We welcome new volunteers with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a cherished part of the Aunt Claudia's Dolls family.

The Aunt Claudia's Dolls Mission:

The mission of Aunt Claudia's Dolls is to provide a display space for dolls and miniatures collected by Claudia Kelsey.  We also provide an educational opportunity as an art venue, a cultural exploration and with the inclusion of a working artist, Mary Ellen Frank, an opportunity to view a studio and artist at work.
